A flow that unites the mind, body and spirit thru Breathing, Stretching, Endurance, Balance, and Relaxation providing practitioners of all levels an holistic and unique yoga experience. Breath-synchronized movement: one possible definition of vinyasa yoga. Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga Nidra Relaxation

A unique meditation class that is multi layered to allow the student to explore several meditative practices and states of mindfulness. Exploring what's more accessible or not for their personal practice to soften and connect. Class includes intro guided mantra, pranayama (breath), seating, standing, walking and/or laying meditation practices to help students relax and better manage stress. New to meditation or been practicing for a long time, all are welcome and encouraged to engage in this 45min class. You may bring a yoga mat or a pillow to sit on, anything that you feel would help you personalize your space for comfort, and please wear something comfortable.

Community Yoga-Intermediate level

Intermediate level. This class is infused with yoga styles of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa with an emphasis on heart and hip openers to assist in releasing tension, loosen blocked emotions, improving mood and overall well- being. You'd increase strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness, while reenergizing the mind and body. Our community yoga classes are discounted and all are welcome. Yin Restorative

Yin/Restorative is for all practice levels. This is a slow pace, primarily floor based class. Poses are held 1-5 minutes. They are mostly passive, stretching the connective tissue around the joints. Props will assist in holding the poses longer and increasing relaxation. By practicing stillness and gentle movement for extended periods of time, we learn to center breath and body, aligning the physical and mental practice.
