Yin Restorative
1 hour with Kim McGee
Yin/Restorative is for all practice levels. This is a slow pace, primarily floor based class. Poses are held 1-5 minutes. They are mostly passive, stretching the connective tissue around the joints. Props will assist in holding the poses longer and increasing relaxation. By practicing stillness and gentle movement for extended periods of time, we learn to center breath and body, aligning the physical and mental practice.
