Vinyasa Flow

All Levels Vinyasa Flow that allow teachers to creatively share their passion for yoga with you on your mat. A flow that unites the mind, body and spirit thru Breathing, Stretching, Endurance, Balance, and Relaxation providing practitioners of all levels an holistic and unique yoga experience exploring their edge, challenging themselves and building strength. Vinyasa: Sanskrit for “to place in a special way”—like “the arrangement of notes in a raga, the steps along a path to the top of a mountain, or the linking of one asana {pose} to the next,” as yogini and author Shiva Rea has poetically put it. Breath-synchronized movement: one possible definition of vinyasa yoga. If you wrote out a sequence of poses, it might read: breathe in, upward-facing dog; breathe out, downward-facing dog; breathe in, look toward your hands; breathe out, step with your right foot between your hands. While there’s not necessarily a strict 1:1 breath-to-movement ratio, vinyasa-style classes do tend to hold fewer long poses than, say, hatha-style classes.

Community Yoga-Intermediate level
1 hour with Ebony Moore
Intermediate level. This class is infused with yoga styles of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa with an emphasis on heart and hip openers to assist in releasing tension, loosen blocked emotions, improving mood and overall well- being. You'd increase strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness, while reenergizing the mind and body. Our community yoga classes are discounted and all are welcome. Community classes are $7 for drop-ins and new students. Current students could use their class pass or purchase at the discounted drop-in rate.
